This is a brand new foundation focused on making sure that all 137 million SME employees of Europe can easily become co-owner of the company they work for.
Employee Ownership in Europe is broken, we're going to fix it
Problem
Europe counts about 137 million SME employees (including companies up to 500 emps.) of which only about 3.5% is participating in ownership of the company. A staggering low number which adds up to the filosofie that capital and ownership is very unequally divided.
How
The foundation is focused on uniting all initiatives (companies, ngo's and politics) in Europe who also want make sure we reach the mission of 137 million co-owners, by building fantastic and easy to use platforms, while helping politicians to do the right things and pass the right legislation.
Mission
The new 137 million club is a foundation focused on making every employee in Europe co-owner of the company they work for. Let's end the difficult and audacious task of implementing employee ownership, let's end the insecurities and let's make our world a truly more inclusive and better place to live in.
